		<description>People move (stay in) Mirfield because of the eclectic nature of the town, and the housing facilities and for  the very good range of schools. 

Please do not spoil the infrastructure of Mirfield by a further 1000 homes; which means more cars!  Many of the services are stretched such as GP&#039;s / dentists /roads / paths to accommodate this. 
We&#039;ve recently had new builds within the town centre during the last 5 years, and whilst they are becoming part of the town, it&#039;s noticed that there are a sgnificant addition to the existing housing.

At this uncertain time and a downturned fanancial climate where our shops, service industries and library services are feared; how does it make sense to add more new housing, which may be purchased eventually ... or not ?
